Get the Latest Updates on CMMC Requirements & Start Your Compliance Journey Now with CyberNINES
The new interim rule, which is currently open for public comment, will go into effect on November 30, 2020. All new contracts awarded after this date will be affected by this new rule. The new rule requires DoD suppliers to do a basic assessment based on NIST SP 800-171 and post their score on the government’s Supplier Performance Risk System (sprs.csd.disa.mil). The new rule also outlines the timeline and roll out of the CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) which requires a third-party assessment of your organization’s adherence to the necessary controls.
The theft of sensitive and proprietary information is a significant risk for companies and manufacturers doing business with federal agencies. To help small and medium-sized business owners in Wisconsin and Minnesota, CyberNINES has created a cost-effective turnkey program called “Compliance Without Complexity™” designed to assess, secure and protect your business for years to come while complying with the new CMMC regulation.
Join us on December 9th for a half-hour coffee session where you will meet CyberNINES experts and find the important information about the following:
- November 30th interim rule changes affecting CMMC and NIST SP 800-171
- NIST scoring requirements and submission
- Key components and timeline of the new CMMC framework
- Compliance Without Complexity: CyberNINES’s journey meeting DoD’s requirements
