CMMC Readiness Journey Program

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a Department of Defense (DoD) program to protect the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) from increasing cyberattacks.

It is expected that CMMC will be included in DoD solicitations as early as late summer, 2023. It has been stated by DoD that this will be a phased rollout over the next few years. DIB companies that plan to provide goods and services to the DoD will be required to obtain CMMC prior to contract award. Getting ready now will put you in the best competitive position come next summer.
